Introduction of radiance from the twin vertical lights which illuminates the apartments and resultantly gives a different
perception to the built-form with accentuation of shadow and light created to this 30-storey twin towers. When night falls, the twin vertical lights emanate a soft glow that sparks and creates a different character to the night sky scene.

The twin-towers are consigned on an elevated podium where car parking facilities are located and the podium roof is
where the main leisure recreation facilities are there for the residents to play and to entertain and to have fun. The twin towers are linked together by a connecting sky gym at the 24th storey level that is where the wellness activities & fine
dining facilities are designated. The sky gym would be one of the first sky high elevated gym that is breathtaking with
unobstructed distance views.

Vertical green planting are introduced from ground level extends to the landscaped deck at 5th storey level. In contrast,
the towers are clothed with full glazing that create a sense of transparency to give the openness of its surroundings. This way of treatment would dramatize the twin towers and projected a sense that the twin-tower is sprouting out from the
